Historic Home Renovation
This 1918 home is located in Druid Hills, an Atlanta registered historic district designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, the designer of New York's Central Park and the grounds of the Biltmore in Asheville NC
Historic Green renovation of Multifamiy Building

Seville Consulting, working with Kruger Sustainability Group, is providing technical advisor services to Evergreen Partners for their Briarcliff Summit project to assure that this historic project meets the requirements of Enterprise Green Communities Certification.

This renovation and addition to a Buckhead cottage included a full interior gut and redo, a new 2nd floor, and a complete upgrade of the systems in the house.
NARI Circle of Good

Seville Consulting recently completed the Circle of Good Deconstruction and Recycling demonstration project with the Atlanta Chapter of NARI.
