Some of our recent affordable projects:

Briarcliff Summit Apartmants, Atlanta, GA.  This affordable elderly housing is undergoing renovation and will be certified under the Enterprise Green Communities green building program.  

Fairmount Townhomes, Chattanooga, TN.  This new affordable townhome development is in the process of being certified under LEED for Homes.  These rental unts owned by the Chattanooga Housing Authority will provide quality housing for its residents.
